Senior Sales Administrator

-Reports to VP of Sales

-Degree required

-Strong knowledge of Excel/macros and Access database is required.

-Must be very proficient with MS Office and Access.

-Must have prior reporting experience to VP Sales or VP Operations.

-Will act as main contact point between outside account reps and internal departments, ensuring all projects and key customer requests are responded to promptly.

Responsible for account quotations and assisting VP with costing, gross margin and pricing calculations.

Occasional travel with VP of Sales for customer meetings and trade shows.

Assist in the preparation process of customer presentations.

Assist Sales Department with account management functions and activity

Maintain and update customer files

-Assist with major presentation preparation and set up as needed.

Assist sales team in preparation of budgets and forecasts

Assist sales department with budgets analysis and forecasting for accuracy and progress

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

-Ability to be well organized with very good attention to detail.

-Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and change direction quickly-as business dictates.

-Strong knowledge of costing, gross margins and pricing calculations.
