This Director of Clinical Operations will have an overall responsibility for the performance of the Utilization and Case Management functions. Responsibilities include directing, developing and implementing the UM and Case Management functions and to ensure compliance with health plans, and other regulatory agencies; supervising the UM process and staff; analysis of statistics of utilization trends and development of new policies and procedures and programs as necessary. The Director of Clinical Operations will work closely with the Medical Director / Chief Executive Officer to ensure that areas of improvement are identified and corrective actions are implemented. A current and valid California State Registered Nursing license, strong compliance, UM and previous administration level experience will be keys to success in this organization. Experience

Masters degree preferred. Minimum 5 years management experience in an IPA, Group or Health Plan. Knowledge of NCQA, health plan and guidelines. Knowledge of EZ-Cap information system preferred.
