Our client is looking to expand their growing accounting department with a seasoned Senior Accountant. This position requires prior experience in property management/leasing accounting. If you have a minimum of: a degree in Accounting - CPA preferred, property management experience, 3+ years of general ledger experience, CAM experience, advanced excel experience and analysis of balance sheet accounts. This position will be responsible for all accounting of multi million dollar properties, including month end, accruals, reconciliations and preparation of monthly P & L's.
